I intend to orphan the apt-dpkg-ref package.

As indicated in https://bugs.debian.org/964020 , this package needs some
refreshing both on the content side and on the packaging side.

The package description is:
 A quick lookup chart with various APT and dpkg options for handy reference,
 for those who haven't quite memorized the most commonly used commands.

unstable we hereby close the associated bug reports.  We are sorry
