 Heka is an open source stream processing software system developed by
 Mozilla. Heka is a “Swiss Army Knife” type tool for data processing,

The HEKA project was declared deprecated/obsolete in 2016, the
announcemant can be fonud at
<https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/heka/2016-May/001059.html>.

Keeping this RfP bug open hasn't made sense in 6 years, I am closing it.
