I doubt that they do a rebase of cjs too recently, unless the maintainer
of some other distro does it, such as the one of fedora. now upstream

Jammy (next ubuntu LTS) will be released will do also newer mint that
use it. Something that can help to make cjs rebase more probable in
shorter time I suppose is include mozjs91 in Jammy.
Yes, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS "Jammy" will include mozjs91.

Thanks for maintaining Cinnamon in Debian.

One of main cinnamon upstream developer (mtwebster) seems started to prepare a cjs rebase but on 1.70.0-4 based on what he saw in Jammy now but that still use mozjs91: https://github.com/linuxmint/cjs/pull/101

I don't follow the development of gjs, you maybe have some advices to give it (if you can/want) directly in the github PR

From a fast look I saw that gjs added mozjs91 support only recent for next version and there are 20 days left for Jammy's freeze feature, so I have a doubt ... will it have time next gjs to be released and to be included?

Thanks for any reply and sorry for my bad english
