I have added all necessary licenses and excluded much of the 3rdparty stuff because keeping it would mean much more licensing work.

Please consider continuing the ITP work. It would be great to have the coreboot tools back in Debian again that were removed beforehand and are not included in bullseye anymore.
I don't think the package ever existed in debian, so it'll be a new thing. Since you're DD, please go ahead with it? Should I disown the ITP and rename
