Tools to edit Wikibase instances using NodeJS.

node-wikibase-edit is a dependency of wikibase-cli (set of command line
tools to read/write to Wikibase instances), which I intend to eventually
package.

Bringing node-wikibase-edit to Debian will require packaging several
more node-* packages. I have most of them in reasonable shape, will push
them soon.
