I intend to orphan the tclcurl package.

The package description is:
 This module enables the use of libcurl in Tcl scripts. Please refer to
 the libcurl documentation available in the libcurl4-gnutls-dev package.

 NOTE: the SSL support is provided by GnuTLS.

This package is without an active upstream. Lately there has been some
activity by flightware guys in https://github.com/flightaware/tclcurl-fa/
but the current package is _not_ based on this one. There is also
additional activity in https://www.androwish.org/index.html/timeline?chng=jni/TclCurl/*
with occasional fixes.

The git repo I used to maintain this package with gbp is still referenced and available.
If a new maintainer would like to continue on this code base it's possible to clone it
to host it on salsa or somewhere else.
