Bug#991740: Please reject graphql-core and graphql-relay from NEW

Hi,

recently I uploaded the packages graphql-core and graphql-relay into the
NEW queue.

For the packaging I filled two ITP reports previously.

While working further on the packaging for python-graphene (#991775) I
noticed that the most recent version of python-graphene isn't requiring
the latest versions of graphql-core and -relay and instead is wanting a
version 2.x (instead of 3.x) for both depending packages.

Thus it would be helpful if you could please reject graphql-core and
graphql-relay for now as this would prevent the introduction of an epoch
or some 'really+foo' syntax in this stage as I wanted to start all the
packaging stuff in experimental.
Please don't close the ITP bug reports if you do the rejects, thanks!

I'll reuse the bug reports then later by a new upload of the new
packaged versions.
