Usually uploads which only change Maintainer are kind of frowned upon…
Especially in a case like this in which there was no need to rush close
off the RFA…
Also being a RFA it's considered kind to share a word before just
uploading, even if obviously not required…
Anyway, you migth want to wish to present yourself to upstream as well,
since after 7 years of maintaining this package they tend to ping me
directly sometimes (see for example
https://github.com/pencil2d/pencil/issues/1459).
