Yes, that's what I have now packaged.

I can include cssextras with that package as well, if ok with you.

986612 - should appear at https://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html any 
moment now...

I suggest that you simply close bug#856963 as no longer needed - or more 
elegantly force-merge it with bug#986612.
