Hello,

I am tagging logcheck as RFH because it seems that it could
need some love.
The PTS says:
The BTS contains patches fixing 36 bugs, consider including or untagging them. 

And no upload has been done for the last year and half.

Meanwhile logcheck is up for adoption (see #981446 [0]). Therefor I
close this RFH in favour of the RFA.
