Bug#939405: ITP: waypipe -- Proxy wayland clients over a single socket

As of the most recent version (v0.8.0), I no longer consider Waypipe to
be unstable. Also, the project URL should now be:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mstoeckl/waypipe/ .
I recently received a pull request on the topic of Debian packaging;
while it was out of scope for the project itself, it may be of interest
to those watching this bug.
