Bug#831274: fwsnort 1.6.8-1 and dependency to fwsnort

I see that on 2020-12-27, Leandro Cunha submitted an unstable build of 1.6.8-1 and it was signed by: Adam Borowski 

Then on 2021-01-01 fwsnort 1.6.8-1 MIGRATED to testing (Debian testing watch)

However FWSNORT has a dependency on PSAD which really needs an upgrade from 2.4.3 to 2.4.6

I’m happy to help out, but I don’t want to duplicate work on this.
