Good question!  I think it is either tongue-in-cheek or
marketing-speak by upstream, probably as a series (Babyenv,
Babylogger), or maybe to suggest how easy it is to use, and I followed
along.  That said, I agree that it can certainly cause confusion.  I
have already uploaded the package though (within minutes of sending
the ITP), but I will revise the package description for the
source-only upload.
