what's the status of this ITP? you reported a blocker on poetry, but
that's been ACCEPTED into unstable.

is there anything else preventing you to complete cattrs packaging?
(the source package name should also be python-cattrs, given the
upstream project name is cattrs and to maintain consistency with
python-attrs/attrs)
