Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Control: block 915649 by -1 * Package name : golang-github-certifi-gocertifi Version : 2020.02.11 Upstream Author : Copyright holder[s] undeclared. Initial commit by Cory Benfield <lukasaoz@gmail.com> Current maintainer is Matt Robenolt <matt@ydekproductions.com> * URL : https://github.com/certifi/gocertifi * License : MPL-2.0 Programming Lang: Go Description : SSL Certificates for Golang This Go package contains a CA bundle that you can reference in your Go code. This is useful for systems that do not have CA bundles that Golang can find itself, or where a uniform set of CAs is valuable. . This is the same CA bundle that ships with the Python Requests library, and is a Golang specific port of certifi. The CA bundle is derived from Mozilla's canonical set. -- This package is a dependency for raven-go ≥0.1, and a newer version of raven-go is a dep for a newer version of Syncthing. Regards, Nicholas

Closing as invalid, because software in Debian should use ca-certificates, and certifi-gocertifi is "for systems that do not have CA bundles that Golang can find itself". Thus, the correct solution is to make Golang for Debian able to use ca-certificates... Which appears to perhaps already be the case, because golang-raven-go/0.2.0+ds+1-1 was uploaded to experimental!Attachment: signature.asc
