Bug#976244: RFA: sudo -- Provide limited super user privileges to specific users

After many years using Linux and Debian I wanted to try to give back to the project and I started looking where I could help.
I checked the bug board and would be willing commit to it. I understand that you would like to retire from it, but if you agree I'd require some handing over time to get familiar with the bureaucracy involved in such an important package.
