I'm interested in resampy and I have some experience with debian
packaging of python modules.
I can finalize the packaging of resampy and also take in charge the
co-maintenance if you want.
Anyway I'm not a DD/DM so I will need someone to sponsor the package
uploads, are you willing to do it?
