Description : quick way into a systemd "bottle" under Windows Subsystem for Linux

Automates the process of starting up, entering into, and shutting down
a container within which systemd is pid 1, effectively enabling the
use of systemd within a WSL distro.

Relevant information:

I developed this myself to solve the problem of running systemd-dependent programs
using Debian under WSL, since WSL itself currently does not support systemd. I've been
using it myself for over a year at this point, and it's been through quite a few
revisions and is now reasonably stable.

At present I'm hosting it myself for the benefit of other WSL users, but its
apparent popularity is running me out of bandwidth fairly regularly. I had intended
to submit it to contrib anyway, but this has prompted me to do so now.

As far as I know, there are no other packages providing similar functionality.
There are a number of script hacks which provide partial equivalent functionality,
but none that I would consider comparable.

As far as maintaining the package is concerned, as the original developer, at
the moment I simply intend to maintain the package in parallel with the
software; I am not looking for co-maintainers at this time. However, as this
is my first package submission, I do need a sponsor.
