Bug#968237: ITP: auctex-12 -- AUCTeX version 12, LaTeX environment for Emacs

Thanks. However, I am not a Debian developper / maintainer, and looking for a
sponsor with a good chance of getting into prestige fights with another developper
sounds like an unlikely path.

Would an NMU be appropriate for the current situation ? I would still need a
sponsor I suppose, but the process seems less aggressive. If so, how should I
go about getting a sponsor ?
