librespeed-cli is a free and open source implemention to test Internet
bandwith directly from terminal. Unlike speedtest.net, librespeed
backends are also free and open source, which is currently available in
PHP[1] and Go[2] implementation; also it doesn't have miles-long privacy
policy[3].
