As I just discovered, it's not as easy as just packaging ipp-usb; the current
packaging isn't Debian Policy compliant in that it relies on the network to
download the goipp package through go's packaging system: as Debian packages
need to be built without any network access, it means that I need to first
package goipp and all its eventual dependencies first.

This seems to be https://github.com/OpenPrinting/goipp , which needs to enter
Debian first. Would it be possible to release/tag it with some version (0.0.1
?)?

Now I need to get acquainted with Go packaging.
