The evaluation function itself is quite a large thing (850MB), it looks like
a bad idea to include it in the same source package.

Even then, I'd like to check first whether such a near-gigagyte data package
would be allowed into the archive.  It could be worth to package an installer
for that data instead, what do you think ?
