I'm very glad to see interests in the packages.
I uploaded the openapi-spec-validator package sources to https://salsa.debian.org/jlaba/openapi-spec-validator.
I have removed the pytest-flake8 dependency with patching the setup.py and requirements_dev.txt files. Therefore the package needs currently no additional unpackaged sources.
If you have questions feel free to ask me and push requests are very welcomed!
