Unfortunately no.  GNU poke depends on jitter
(http://ageinghacker.net/git/cgit.cgi/jitter), which is not available in
Debian.  I was going to package it, but then got sidetracked.

I'm fairly busy with other stuff these days, but I will try to give it a
go this next weekend.  Let's see.
