I won't upload this until I'm sure I want to use that other addon or someone asks me to. Copying mfv who started salsa:emacsen-team/emacsql-el some months ago. Unfortunately I'd got further than mfv in my own Debianisation before I discovered that repo (and mfv did not file an ITP), so I'm not going to reuse any of mfv's work and will not continue his git history, unless there are objections. -- Sean Whitton
