Considering how this ITP has turned into an RFP am I correct in assuming that nobody is working on this anymore? If I'm not mistaken what had been done can be found on https://anonscm.debian.org/git/3dprinter/packages/octoprint.git/ which points to https://salsa.debian.org/3dprinting-team/octoprint and has a last commit from 2014. I looked into the new upstream version and I've seen that a few more dependencies have been added: the following aren't in debian and for which wnpp-check didn't give any result: https://pypi.org/project/cachelib/ https://pypi.org/project/sarge/ https://pypi.org/project/lru/ https://pypi.org/project/semantic-version/ https://pypi.org/project/awesome-slugify/ https://pypi.org/project/emoji/ Plus one for which there is already an ITP https://pypi.org/project/filetype/ http://bugs.debian.org/953523 I don't think I'm ready to commit to pick up an ITP for octoprint, but I wanted to document what I had found and I may start to work at least on some of the dependencies in the next few weeks. -- Elena ``of Valhalla''
