the first version of pyerfa has been released yesterday.

Unfortunately I have some problem pushing to salsa:

It seems that a it is necessary that a maintainer creates the default
branch.
I uploaded the source package to mentors.d.n [1] if you want to give it
a look.
If you prefer I can setup a personal repo in my account area on salsa.
Please let me know how to proceed.
