After a reconsideration I decided to not package this program after all. In the year that passed since I filed this ITP it turned I keep finding myself having less and less free time. I also don't really play solitaire and to be a good maintainer one needs to use the software regularly. Finally, lack of pings shows that it is not an eagerly awaited package.

Luckily upstream recently fixed https://github.com/mpereira/tty-solitaire/issues/14 so of anyone else is inclined to package it, they should have an easier time doing so.
