Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I request an adopter for the pixz package. Since pristine-tar added a
depends on it, it's rather widely installed, but I don't have the time
and energy to pay very much attention to it. I don't know how active
upstream is, but there are commits from October of 2019 on github.

The package description is:
Pixz is a multithreaded compressor/decompressor XZ fully compatible
with those provided by xz-utils and busybox. By default it adds
indexing information when compressing tar files that allows fast
 listing and partial-archive extraction.
