Hi Boyuan,

There is a draft package in https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-skylark. Progress was stalled for a bit while waiting for a sponsor, but Martina Ferrari (tina@tina.pm) has kindly volunteered to help.

I'll update this bug when I get closer to submission, let me know if I can further help.

How is this packaging effort going? We have some other projects that is also
waiting for this package thus the progress can be important to us.

Please let me know if you have any difficulties in the packaging. If you have
any parital work output, it would also be great if you could past a URL here.
