The machine got stolen. I still have the packaging on my local disk,
but no intention to upload at the moment. I already have enough
packages to take care of.

Looks promising. For the first look the copyright file needs more
work like you mentioned. The CC-BY-4.0 license text is missing for
example. I need to check the correct CC0-1.0 license type. Other than
that it's quite OK.
