Bug#950492: ITP: notcurses -- Character-mode graphics and TUI library



Hi Nick,

This is interesting.  Out of curiosity, does notcurses still support
terminfo and provide a functional implementation on non-ANSI terminals?
(eg, IBM3151, etc)
