Bug#844078: Updating upstream debian packages

Hello,

AGS has an experimental branch to switch from Allegro4 backend to SDL2 backend.

It's in the process of updating the AGS Debian packaging scripts of this branch. If someone is interested in helping out, please give a hi here : https://github.com/adventuregamestudio/ags/issues/1148

Is it alright to statically link SDL_Sound since the version in the Debian repository targets SDL 1.2 instead of 2?

And should SDL2 be dynamically or statically linked, since depending on the Debian version, SDL 2 will be pre SDL 2.0.9, which breaks SDL_Sound and thus breaks ags.
