Hello,

I haven't had enough time to keep up with Syncthing upstream updates for
the past months.

I don't mind putting some time into the Syncthing packaging from time to
time but I can no longer handle it by myself.

I would love for someone to help or take over! Note that I'd be willing
to give pointers of sponsor uploads if needed.
