Bug#737301: Chance to remove readline5 in bullseye
There are only a few packages left which depend on readline5.
I filed bugs for them which all have a proposed solution and only need
to be applied by the package maintainers.

#953006 (dbacl, will be autoremoved on 6 Aug anyway)
#966143 (dvbstreamer)
#966149 (reiser4progs)
#966152 (lvm2)
Additionally, mariadb-10.3 depends on readline5. However, mariadb-10.4
already switched to libedit, so this should be resolved with the next
mariadb transition.
