Control: retitle -1 ITP: git-repo-updater -- A console script that allows you to easily update multiple git repositories at once

This looks quite handy, and I have to use multiple repo as part of
my $dayjob. I was just using a script for now but this is much better
than just using a script. I have mailed "Ben Kurtovic" to confirm his
willingness to support as upstream. If he confirms I can package it, if
not I will move it back to RFP.
