Bug#953403: ITP: golang-k8s-sigs-structured-merge-diff -- Test cases and implementation for "server-side apply"

Oh, I realize why I stopped --

I removed the `vendor` folder from the salsa repo, but when building, I'm getting the following error:

E: golang-k8s-sigs-structured-merge-diff source: source-includes-file-in-files-excluded vendor/gopkg.in/yaml.v2/parserc.go
E: golang-k8s-sigs-structured-merge-diff source: source-includes-file-in-files-excluded vendor/gopkg.in/yaml.v2/readerc.go

and I wasn't able to and haven't found the solution yet.

Would you quickly point me in the right direction please? thx a lot.
