I'm not sure about official, but it seems close enough.
It is now called (python3-)rgain3: the top-level module to be imported was
renamed.
I suspect most people want it for replaygain(1) rather than for the Python
module anyway - I know I do. While it's already going through the NEW
queue, I'm intending to separate the CLI tools from the library into a new
replaygain binary package in Section: sound, for better discoverability.

Between my own packages, helping the GNOME team, and my actual job,
I'm finding that I often don't have a lot of time/energy left for
lower-priority packages. Would you be able to co-maintain this one?
In particular, I don't use collectiongain(1), only replaygain(1) - so if
collectiongain is important to you, please help.
