True. I recalled I filed the ITP this week when I was thinking about
re-routing audio cables in my room or maybe getting rid of them altogether

Well, it was a tiny bit easier, and also I was under an (incorrect)
impression libldac was a part of a monorepo, but in fact it is in a
separate Git repository.
I think I will update libldac to use the upstream source directly and also
use bits of your patch, thanks very much for it!
