anarcat and I have agreed over IRC that I can take over this ITP.
Here's my progress so far:

Of the vendored dependencies, here are the ones not present in Debian:

- golang-github-bndr-gotabulate
- golang-github-microcosm-cc-bluemonday [1]
- golang-github-pd0mz-go-maidenhead
- golang-github-la5nta-wl2k-go

I've packaged all of the above, they're currently waiting in NEW.

There's also golang-github-harenber-ptc-go. Unfortunately, it has no
license. Two of the three authors have agreed to license it under the
MIT License, currently waiting on the third. For now, I plan to begin
working on packaging pat, and will patch out the PACTOR stuff if I can't
get ptc-go into Debian before I have an upload ready.
