Bug#955133: ITP: sublime-music -- native GTK *sonic client

I started working on this and published a first package draft in:

https://salsa.debian.org/debian/sublime-music

We're missing two major dependencies:

 1. python-mpv. not in Debian at all, presumably
    https://pypi.org/project/python-mpv/
    https://github.com/jaseg/python-mpv

 2. gi.require_version('NetworkManager'). unclear.

For the second, I have tried many packages in Debian:

 * gir1.2-nma-1.0
 * gir1.2-nm-1.0
 * python-networkmanager
 * python3-networkmanager
 * libnm0
 * libnm0-dev
 * network-manager-dev

... none of which seem to pick up the gi requirement. This patch in
sugar:

https://sources.debian.org/src/sugar/0.112-6/debian/patches/upstream_0004-Port-from-NMClient-to-NM.Client.patch/

... seem to say that we might be able to use the `NM` package
instead... but I'm not sure that's the same thing at all. On the "arch"
side of things, they depend on libnm-glib:

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/sublime-music/

... which is the "legacy" network manager lib, according to Arch's
description. Presumably that means Sublime would need some porting
work.

So I'm a bit at a loss. pollo said he would work on the mpv package, but
I need to move on to other things.

Feel free to take this over.

A.
