tokio-sync is packaged already. if you need tokio+sync, you need to wait 
until the tokio transition to 0.2.x has happened[1], it will be provided 
by librust-tokio+fnv-dev. we'll likely attempt to finalize this MR on 
Friday at MiniDebCamp in Brussels, but it will take a while to go 
through NEW even then.
