LibreWMS is an open source Geography application built on top of SpatiaLite
and RasterLite2. It's basically simple and really light-weight, but it's an
almost complete WMS 1.3.0 interactive GUI client.

The package will be maintained within the Debian GIS team.

Packaging is available for quite a while:

 https://salsa.debian.org/debian-gis-team/librewms

It was never uploaded because development of librewms and its
dependencies has stagnated, making it highly unlikely that it ever will
become part of Debian.

Kind Regards,

Bas
