Bug#943552: ITP: tracecompass -- trace viewer and analyzer

The first problem I faced while building has been fixed with the help of
tracecompass maintainers. Now I am blocked by the other plugins and
components needed. Debian is not having the needed versions.
I will start by updating the other packages, and so looks like I am
blocked on this for now and will take time to complete.

I will start the other update process with tycho. We have 1.0.0-2 in
Debian but 1.3.0 is needed for tracecompass.
