Control: retitle -1 O: mathematica-fonts -- installer for Mathematica fonts

Looks like that not only the upstream situation is not going to improve, but
according to a recent article:
   https://blog.wolfram.com/2019/04/02/why-wolfram-tech-isnt-open-source-a-dozen-reasons/
the upstream is actively hostile.

I'm thus fully stepping away here; if no one comes up I propose to remove
this package completely -- perhaps even before Buster -- or possibly in
testing only for now, as any changes to the download URL will break the
package.
