Description : adds power supply targets to systemd

This software adds two new system targets to systemd: psu-adp.target and psu-
bat.target
These targets will be activated if the system psu is either a power adapter or
a battery.

The events will be triggered by acpid, so it only depends on acpid and systemd.

Overall is this a useful package for laptop users, who want to automate their
power saving tools, and other software that needs a simple way to check what
the current power supply unit is. Although it is possible to use acpid
directly, it is way less flexible because you need to restart the daemon to
detect new events and you have to check yourself if you switched to or from a
power adapter.

I'm the upstream author, and i maintain the upstream code as well as the
necessary files for the debian package on github:
https://github.com/stephanlachnit/psu-targets (debian files are in the debian
branch).
