SOCKS is an Internet protocol that exchanges network packets between a client and server through 
a proxy server. 

You can run node-socks as easily as "./socks" - this will create a SOCKS proxy at 127.0.0.1 on 
port 8888.

node-socks is a dependency of meteor #842425.
