  Description : A delayed pipe

A command-line tool introducing a constant delay between its stdin and
 its stdout.

This is a tiny tool I developed 3 years ago, for playing a video stream
after a constant delay. Since it is very generic (it's just a delayed
pipe), I think it may be useful to some people, so I would like it to be
packaged for Debian.

I am looking for a maintainer interested in packaging it. If some
adaptations in the upstream project are necessary, please let me know.

Thank you for your help.

Regards,
®om
