The binary package name "helm" is still available, but there is already
a completely unrelated package src:helm in Debian:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/helm
This has to be sorted out if this software actually gets packaged,
I am retitling the RFP to a temporary name to make it clear that
this is something different.[1]

[1] If it builds a binary package helm there would be benefits
in renaming the other src:helm (the BTS handles binary package
in a different source package than a source package of the same
name very poorly), but this should be discussed when it becomes
relevant.
