I was investigating this orphaned package in relation to it being a dependency for Logcheck, and unfortunately the inactive maintainer is also the upstream author of mime-construct which was last updated 2010-06-23. That can be seen at the following link: http://www.argon.org/~roderick/ mime-construct appears to be a one-file Perl script (about 920 lines total including documentation), license is GPLv2+.
